Before I bought it, I was more curious about the heart rate function.

After purchasing, I was weighed right after a basketball game and had a relatively high heart rate, which reminded me not to take a shower right away.

I jog every day and care about my muscle rate and body fat rate. Its measurement report tells me everything.Size is pretty decent. Material is good quality, it looks just like the picture!

When I first started using it, I was a little confused about the difference between the morning and evening weighing results. After consultation, I found out that because the water content of the human body is different in the morning and evening, the weight and body fat content will be different. Generally, the body weight is low in the morning and the body fat is high, and the opposite is true in the evening. I have learnt a lot.

I have been paying attention to my body age recently. It is easier to understand than I imagined. When I eat healthy for a period of time, my body fat% has decreased and my body age has become younger. It made me very happy and encouraged. I will keep going.

A disclaimer that I am not also computer/phone savvy, but I was able to set up the app and connect it to the scale all by myself. So it's super easy. It not only keeps track of my weight loss, but gives me other vital stats including: Body fat percentage, the predicted weight of muscle in my body, and even my metabolic age - which so far, hasn't been exactly satisfactory, but it's a journey, right? The app also gives you tips and encouragement via the "Doctor S Analysis."

I love weigh-in day to see how things are progressing. You need a scale anyway, why not get one with cool stats that encourage you along with way? It's the goal I needed to stay on track.

After years of using my old school dial scale, I thought it was time for an upgrade and actually had no idea smart scales even existed as I didn't pay much attention to scales. I stumbled across this product after searching for another tech item on Amazon, and I was immediately interested as I am always carry my phone.

I ordered the smart scale and once it came, was pretty anxious to try it out. The price is excellent and for the smart features it offers in connection with the app, it's outstanding! The footprint of the scale is small, HOWEVER as long as you're feet are on the sensors it gives an accurate reading. The size is actually perfect for those of us who want to save space in the bathroom. The app features are simple and intuitive and I am looking forward to getting the most from this scale for a long time. I highly recommend this scale if you are interested in improving your health and scaling back body mass and fat in 2022.

i installed the app, and quickly connected to it.
my wife also did same on her phone, and we can both keep the measurements on our phones.
i like that it provides many different stats, and i dont need to keep writing it down anymore
