A disclaimer that I am not also computer/phone savvy, but I was able to set up the app and connect it to the scale all by myself. So it's super easy. It not only keeps track of my weight loss, but gives me other vital stats including: Body fat percentage, the predicted weight of muscle in my body, and even my metabolic age - which so far, hasn't been exactly satisfactory, but it's a journey, right? I ordered the smart scale and once it came, was pretty anxious to try it out. The price is excellent and for the smart features it offers in connection with the app, it's outstanding! The footprint of the scale is small, HOWEVER as long as you're feet are on the sensors it gives an accurate reading. The size is actually perfect for those of us who want to save space in the bathroom. The app features are simple and intuitive and I am looking forward to getting the most from this scale for a long time. I highly recommend this scale if you are interested in improving your health and scaling back body mass and fat in 2022.

i installed the app, and quickly connected to it.
my wife also did same on her phone, and we can both keep the measurements on our phones.
i like that it provides many different stats, and i dont need to keep writing it down anymore
